Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy covers Biz Factory email, a small private tool operated by one person for personal use. It uses the Gmail API to send sign-in and password-reset emails through its owner's own Gmail account. This policy is published at bizfactory.asafn.com/privacy.

There is no public sign-up. The tool is not offered as a service to anyone else, and no other person uses it.

Google data it can access

The tool asks Google for one permission only: gmail.send, which allows it to send email from the owner's Gmail account. It requests no other Google permission.

This permission does not allow reading, searching, changing, or deleting any email, contacts, or settings, and the tool does none of these.

How it is used

The permission is used only to send sign-in and password-reset emails from the owner's Gmail account.

What is not done

Google API Services User Data Policy

Biz Factory email's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who has access

Only the operator. There are no employees, contractors, or third-party processors with access.

Removing access

The permission can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's security settings, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This immediately stops the tool from sending email.

Security

The authorisation key is kept only on the owner's own computer and is used only to connect to Google's servers, over encrypted HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is offered.

Children

This tool is not intended for anyone under 13 and is not directed at children.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
