These terms cover Biz Factory email, a small private tool operated by one person for personal use. It uses the Gmail API to send sign-in and password-reset emails through its owner's own Gmail account. These terms are published at bizfactory.asafn.com/terms.

Who may use it

Only its owner. There is no public sign-up, and the tool is not offered as a service to anyone else.

Use of Gmail

The tool is used only to send sign-in and password-reset emails. It is not used for marketing, bulk, or unsolicited email. Sending email through Gmail remains subject to the Google Terms of Service.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the privacy policy. In short, the tool only sends email, and it stores and shares no Google user data.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. It may be changed, suspended, or stopped at any time.
